虛擬跑步是什麼?

虛擬跑步是您可以按照自己的節奏和時間作出的比賽。

虛擬跑步的原理與其他類型的跑步完全相同,但分別在可以在任何位置(室外,室內或內部,或跑步機也可)進行,當然也可以在實際的希慎遠足及跑步路線上進行。(可以下載GPX )

報名參加比賽並提供證明您已經參加了比賽。 證明可以是比賽中的應用程序的屏幕截圖,跑步機屏幕的照片,實際的GPX文件等。請查看有關此活動的具體說明,以獲取更多資料。


What is a Virtual Run?

A virtual run is a race that you can complete at your own pace and time.

Virtual running works exactly the same as any other type of running but the difference is that the entered race can be run at any location, either outside, inside on a treadmill or of course on the actual Hysan Island Hike & Run course which you would have to download the gps file to show you the way.

All you have to do is register for the race and provide evidence that you have done it. The evidence can be a screenshot of your running app, a photo of the treadmill screen, actual gpx file, etc. Do check out specific instructions of this event you join for more information.


參賽費:$ 100(包括郵電子號碼布,完成後的電子證書和木製獎章(海外必須支付運費)

類別:5km,14km,22km

路線:隨時隨地跑步-或在香港島上實際的希慎島遠足跑步路線。

慈善:幫助別人,前8位的籌款活動者得到Jaybird Tarah專業耳機(價值HK $ 1399)或Wonderboom 2藍牙喇叭(價值HK $ 999)。

 

規則:

*參賽者必須在2020年6月15日至8月31日之間的任何時候完成完整比賽距離(5公里/ 14公里/ 22公里),截止時間為24小時。

*比賽要在報名後三星期內進行。

*虛擬跑步的截止日期為活動結束日期的晚上11:59。最終排名將在比賽結束後約5天公佈。

*必須提交。

1)在起步時的自拍照

2)在路線上的任何部分自拍照

3)將GPX,JPG,PNG文件提交到我們的電子郵件信箱[email protected]

 

*我們將只接受1次挑戰的機會,並將此作為最快的時間發佈到最終結果中。

*這是一項自我支持的挑戰,我們不容忍任何作弊,不誠實或不良體育精神。

*必須在比賽開始之前在在確認我們的聲明表格。


Participation Fees:  $100 ( Includes an E-Bib, E-Certificate after finish and wooden finisher medal mailed to HK residents (overseas must pay for shipping)

Catagories:  5km, 14km, 22km

Route:  Run Anywhere, Run Anytime - or on actual Hysan Island Hike & Run course on Hong Kong Island.

Charity: Help us raise extra funds for the nominated charity with top 8 fundraisers rewarded Jaybird tarah pro earphones (valued at HK$1399 each) or Wonderboom 2 bluetooth speakers (valued at HK$ $999 each)

Rules:

*Participants must finish the full race distance you enter (5km / 14km / 22km) anytime between June 15 and August 31, 2020 with the cut-off time of 24 hours.

*The race should be done within three weeks after the date of registration.

*The cutoff for the virtual race submissions will be 11:59pm of the end date of event.  Final standings will be announce about 5 days after end of race.

*Submissions required are. 

1)  Selfie photo at the start

2)  Selfie photo during any part of the course

3)  Submission of results by GPX, JPG, PNG file to our email [email protected]

*We will accept only 1 attempt at your challenge and will post this as fastest time on the final result.

*This is a self support challenge and we do not tolerate any cheating, dishonesty, or poor sportsmanship. 

* You must sign and confirm our waiver before race in the online registration.

不要忘記補水-線上虛擬跑步
跑手Echo指出了保持水份充足的重要性。『我地6個人幾日前完成左希慎22公里虛擬港島遠足及跑步賽(2020年7月11日),但因為冇補充足夠水份幾乎脫水。如果我地有帶多啲食水就好。』香港在過去幾星期氣溫創下新高,某些地區甚至超過攝氏32度。活動策劃者動感亞洲活動表示,如跑手計劃長途遠足或跑步,應帶備足夠食水、電解質飲品和食物。這次虛擬遠足及跑步賽有5公里、14公里和22公里的距離可供選擇,適合不同程度的選手。如欲了解更多賽事詳情,http://xn--www-7j2es10x.actionasiaevents.com/

Don’t forget to drink – VIRTUAL RUNNING
Runner Echo __ made a point of how important hydration is. “Yes the 6 of us completed the 22km Hysan Virtual Island Hike and Run few days ago (July 11, 2020), but almost dehydrated as we didn’t drink enough. Wish we brough more water with us”. Hong Kong has been experiencing record temperatures in the last few weeks of over 32c and higher in some districts so make sure you bring enough water and electrolytes together with food if planning a long hike or run says organizers Action Asia Events.
